The location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to the old town. The rooftop onsen was a bonus, although the breakfast area was noisy and hectic. We sometimes struggled with parking, losing our spot on two occasions, which was frustrating. Overall, the staff was friendly and provided a helpful service, enhancing my experience. I would definitely return, but I would hope for improvements in breakfast organization and parking management.
